Provide world-class Executive Search and selection services to HR2B customers

1. Personally work on Job Orders.
2. Achieve Customer Service KPIs
3. Account Management
a. Be the Person In Charge of current customers responsible for.
b. Create and carry out the AM plan and report back to the Manager.
c. Get feedback/testimonials from customers.
4. Business Development
a. Handle ‘walk-in’ clients from website/marketing.
b. Create presentation and contract paperwork from the template.
c. Follow through to the signing stage.
5. Candidate Development
a. Achieve new candidate number targets
b. Assign candidates to standard lists.

1. Must have a University Degree.
2. Must have at least 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years experience in a foreign company or dealing with foreigners,
3. English: IELTS 5.0
4. Experience of selling (preferably selling a service) would be an advantage.
5. An outgoing person who likes to talk. An effective communicator, you will enjoy meeting new people and getting good information from others.
6. Confident and professional personal style. Action oriented and positive outlook.
7. Interest in business and being able to talk about current business issues affecting large Vietnamese and foreign companies.
8. Computer literate, especially with social networks and database search.
