Lead a small team of Executive Search Professionals to conduct world-class Search and Customer services to HR2B clients. Be the industry / functional expert in one area.
1. Personally work on Job Orders.
2. Account Management
a. Assign Customers and Jobs to qualified team members and follow up KPIs.
b. Ensure the team has created and is carrying out the Account Management Plan.
c. Personally visit key customers.
3. Business development
a. The person in Charge (PIC)
b. Report to the Director on function/industry and create a quarterly BD plan Carry out BD meetings and visits.
c. Ensure team is carrying out BD activities and report back quarterly.
4. Candidate Development - Ensure team has up to date ‘Talent Map’ of the industry.
5. Team Role /Leader
a. Set up and report on monthly/quarterly targets for the team
i. Revenue Target
ii. Business Development
iii. Account Management / Customer Service
iv. Candidate Development
b. People Development team members, plans, actions, report
c. Plan for and find new team members to maintain the capability of the
team to cope with business development.

1. Must have at least 8 years of total work experience and a University degree.
2. Have 4 years experience of Executive Search and Selection (Headhunting) OR Internal HR in relevant industries,
3. Be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge / personal networks in a particular field that is significant to HR2B business;
4. Have at least 1 year of managerial experience, managing a small team.
5. Good communication in English
6. Passion for Headhunting business.
