A luxury brand at Automotive industry
• Be a crucial role in leading and supervising the sales department to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set targets, and foster a positive working environment.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with dealership goals and market trends. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Directors, Product Manager of the Company importer to ensure appropriate vehicle inventory levels are maintained. Monitor vehicle aging and initiate strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize this information to make datadriven decisions to enhance sales performance.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop
and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and
increase dealership visibility.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related financial paperwork. Monitor and approve deals, discounts, and incentives in accordance with dealership policies.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the sales team adheres to all dealership and industry regulations, including ethics, finance, and safety standards.
• BA degree or equivalent required; previous Sales Manager experience is preferred
• Proven track record of success in automotive sales management
• English profiency
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
