Key Responsibilities:
● Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
● Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, and help translate documents when needed.
● Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
● Assist in project management and follow up on pending matters.
● Conduct research and gather data to support the President’s decision-making process.
● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Help to deliver presentations and facilitate communication with various audiences both inside and outside the company.
● Organize and coordinate special events and meetings.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the President

Requirements


Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
● Fluency in Vietnamese, and high proficiency in English (and Chinese is a plus).
● Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
● High ethical standards and professional attitude.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
● Availability for business trips within Vietnam and abroad.
