- Report to Customer Services Manager Payroll.
- Supervise a Team of two or three professionals.
- Work closely with shared Admin, Accountant, and IT.
- Customer facing role
- Located in Ho Chi Minh City office.
- Vietnamese national with at least a university degree;
- At least 5 years experience in HR employee relations / C&B / payroll service.
- Good Communication in Vietnamese and English
- Strong computer skills especially spreadsheets
- Calm, friendly, outgoing, experience of supervising staff
- Track record of customer service management;
