You have been responding to our requests very timely with sufficient information.It was already solved but I would like you to have better understanding about the service contract with Intel, regarding the service fee, so that we did not have to spend time on checking it with Purchasing. So far we’re happy with the quality of outsourcing staff (i.e. Ngoc). She’s hard-working and catch up our ideas quite fast.
