On Thursday 16 March 2017, at New World Saigon Hotel, the event "Where to Make the Cut - Profitably Outsourcing People and HR Processes” was held successfully by HR2B. The event was attracted 55 attendees who are English speaking General Director, Director, Country Manager level people in your organisation. They all hold responsibility for profit or cost management.
Mr. Tom Vovers, General Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hong, Managing partner of HR2B were key note speakers of this event. They conducted 2 hour interactive workshop builds on our two previous sessions about the legal basis for outsourcing in Viet Nam, and the market trends in 2016. The topic was covered 3 main points: Identifying your competitive edge - Deciding which people to outsource, Focus your management time - Deciding which HR processes to outsource, Common transition issues and solutions for Viet Nam.
HR2B also invited Ms. Mai Thi Quy Thao, Marketing Manager of ConvaTec Vietnam and Mr. James Delmerico, General Director of ECN Vietnam to join our panel discussion with Ms. Hong and Mr. Tom. Our experts answered 20 questions from the 55 attendees. There was a good deal of discussion on how to manage cost effectively, the criteria makes make HR2B stand out in the market. All attendees were satisfied with real experience of using staff outsourcing service in Vietnam shared from Ms. Thao and Mr. James Attendees also discussed how to integrate staff outsourcing services with other HR management strategies.
Staff Outsourcing has become a major trend in human resources management in Viet Nam recently. Enquires for Staff Outsourcing services have more than doubled. The type of staff being outsourced has move from workers to sales, customer service and professional staff. Companies are turning to outsourcing as a way to save time and energy to concentrate on core business.
