Starting working for Nestle Waters Vietnam/La Vie since 2006 as HR Officer, being developed and promoted to Supervisor, then Junior HR Manager and HR Manager from year 2009 until now, She has been in charged all HR operations in her company including Recruitment, Organization Development, C&B, Employee Relations, managing all employees topics in 2 Offices and 2 factories, including 3rd party labor in field sales and manufacturing (over 1000 headcounts). She has travelled to France, Switzerland and Asian countries to attend HR training courses along her career. She also joined international and local workshops to deepen her knowledge and HR expertise.
With strong commitment and passion to her current Organization, She would like to contribute all her background of people management, communication and leadership skills to develop the team and grow up with her company, to provide La Vie as premium products to consumers. |

Ms. Hong is the General Director of HR2B, a Human Resource Company, operating by International standards. She has more than 20 years of experience in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Advertising, and Human resource services.
In 2005, she joined HR2B as Branch Manager to set up the office and Executive Searching Service team. In 2015, she became the Managing Partner of HR2B, leading Business Development and Marketing functions to increase revenues and profits for the company, to uphold the mission and values established by the organization. Effective 2018, Ms. Hong officially becomes the General Director.
As Co-Chair of AmCham HR Committee, an active member of EuroCham, and the Vietnam HR Groups, HR Association in Vietnam, she has developed and maintained a strong network in the HR and business community nationwide Viet Nam. |

Starting work in 1999, she was promoted to Manager role in 2006 and learned about process improvement, production planning, HR and strategy. In 2009, She began her customer service career working with foreign buyers for a European company. In 2012, She was promoted to lead a team of customer service professionals.
She has travelled extensively in Europe, Australia, Korea and Asian countries to attend training courses. In 2016, She also joined the delegation to go to the USA to discuss business with Partners in 5 States.
She decided to join HR2B to continue her career in Customer Service Management in the professional services industry. Her unique background of process management, strong communication skills and team leadership will enable to ensure HR2B customers get world class service. In order to achieve the goal of world class customer service, She has been promoted to "Director HR Services” with overall responsibility for Payroll, Staffing and other HR Outsourcing Services.
