From a membership base of 31 countries and 54 offices in 2010, IRC has grown to 45 countries and 80 offices this year. At the Annual Global Conference which is held in New York on October 1st and 2nd this year IRC is welcoming partners from its new offices in India, Hungary, Nigeria, Thailand and Malaysia.
