Over 70 people joined in the Year - end HR Networking Event "Manage and Support Female Workforce" to be held by HR2B, HR Committee and Amcham at New World Hotel, on Wednesday, December 17th, 2014.
Representatives shared their experience and insights about working with women workforece, as well as share best practices on managing and supporting female workforce successfully.
The event was the panelist discussion with included there experts:
- Ms. Jayanti Kandayah - HR Director for Intel Products Vietnam.
- Mr. Milton D.Hagler - General Director of BriskHeat Vietnam
There was a huge number of interesting experience about strategy to manage and motivate female employees in the workplace from the panelist and audiences.
The event ended with a light refreshments, and a commitment to meet again in the New Year.
