On Saturday, June 04th, 2014 at Ecoxuan Lai Thieu, HR2B and Setia Malaysia Group held an event "HR Day" for around 35 HR manager of Foreign Invested Companies (FDI) from Export Processing Zones (EPZ): Viet Nam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP1) , Linh Trung, Song Than, Dong An industry park.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director HR2B company - presented "How to retain talent" topic. Participants in the event discussed the latest assessment methods and measures suggested in the recruitment process and learned how to retain employees in the company.
Besides the presentation of HR2B, organizational units - Malaysia Setia Group - also introduced detailed information about Ecoxuan urban projects of the company.
