From August 15th, 2017, we are going to implement electronic invoices for all services provided by HR2B.

 

We assure the legality of our electronic invoices because they are signed with our electronic signature, which are legally registered with competent authorities as well as properly announced to tax offices in accordance with current tax regulations. 

 

Using Electronic invoicing will provide you with benefits:

• Secure - End to worries over lost invoices in delivery.
• Fast - Saving time.

Once you confirm your service and you need invoice for your payment processing, you will receive a guideline of receiving e-invoice at no_reply@ts24.com.vn from TS24 - Our e-invoice services provider.

 

Please add this email "no_reply@ts24.com.vn”  to address list to avoid going to spam mail.

 

You can store your invoice in file or can convert electronic invoices into paper invoices by print them out as the guideline.
