DaNang Workshop May 31 2013
HR2B workshop attracts over 35 participants.
Participants shared best practice in how to recruit and retain talent in the Central Economic Zone.
On May 31 2012 HR2B held a workshop for Human Resources and Business managers from the Central Economic Zone. The event was held at the Grand Mercure Hotel DaNang City. Over 35 business managers from a wide variety of industries attended.
The 1/2 day session led by Tom Vovers of HR2B explored the theory about Recruitment and Retention and suggested simple practical ways to implement best practice ideas in the business environment of Central Viet Nam.
Participants from retail, manufacturing, mining, FMCG and IT companies shared their real world experience and discussed what worked and what did not work in their market.
The day ended with a commitment by HR2B to run further sessions on Human Resources Management issues.
