● Recruitment. Train Company regulations for new employees.
● Working closely with headhunt agency for hiring vacant position
● Report monthly HQ (included Headcount, Manpower, Overtime and staff turnover, Travelling ins. ...) and others Minutes as well.
● Responsible for preparation of hiring process to bring successful candidate onboard, follow up probation assessment, labor contract renewal, service award.
● Arrangement employee annual health check
● To handle work permit, residence card...
● Monitor, track and recode employee annual leave, sick leave, paid leave, public holidays...
● To prepare form and procedure for ADM & HR Dept.....
● To prepare Company’s trip, Annual Dinner and organize (if any)
● Responsible for delegated assignment from HR Manager
ADMIN’s Area: (supporting by 1 admin staff)
● Buying non – raw material.
● Documentation for Importing, Do liquidation Raw oversea.
● Booking Air ticket, Hotel...
● Looking for supplier's quotations...
● At least 3 - 5 years in HR Department
● Good in English.
● Experiences working for manufacturing industry
● Working day: 6 days/week.
