Speakers

Mr. Quan started his career in Human Resource Management in 2002. He was in-charge of the HR role in an Oil & Gas company. Early 2019, he became HR Head of the Education Group. In October 2023, Mr. Quan joined HR2B, an HR service company, as Head of Search. Before joining HR2B, Quan has worked for some HR services companies with the role as ESS Director - TIRO Singapore, Branch Director - 40HRS and Business Director - Singaporean Company. For the time being, Quan takes the role as Head of Search. His responsibilities are for the management of the Search business, business development, team management and more. He has been managing some professional teams focusing in Manufacturing & Industrial, IT & High tech, Education & Training, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Banking and Financial, FMCG & Retail, Logistics & Supply Chain industries. With more than 17 years in the HR services industry, he has successfully placed hundred positions in C-level.
