Mrs. Hoa has more than 27 years of working experience at MNCs and local companies in different roles: 8 years with P&G in production department and then HR services; 3 years with Nestle in Planning and Supply Chain management role; 5 years with First Alliances as Recruitment Manager – leading the biggest team of the company; and 10 years managing Career Planning as her own business in the same headhunting business.

In more than 16 years in recruitment, Mrs. Hoa had done a good number of C-suite level searches, covering all industries/sectors and with focus on Industrial, professional services and FMCG.

Starting working for Nestle Waters Vietnam/La Vie since 2006 as HR Officer, being developed and promoted to Supervisor, then Junior HR Manager and HR Manager from year 2009 until now, I have been in charged all HR operations in my company including Recruitment, Organization Development, C&B, Employee Relations, managing all employees topics in 2 Offices and 2 factories, including 3rd party labor in field sales & manufacturing (over 1000 headcounts). I have travelled to France, Switzerland and Asian countries to attend HR training courses along my career. I also joined international & local workshops to deepen my knowledge & HR expertise.

With strong commitment and passion to my current Organization, I’d like to contribute all my background of people management, communication and leadership skills to develop the team and grow up with my company, to provide La Vie as premium products to consumers.
