Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diem is the Head of HR & Administration Dept. at Toyota Financial Services Vietnam (TFSVN).
She has more than 10 years of the HR field in global companies. During her years working with TFSVN, she has contributed to developing HR & Administration systems to adapt to digital transformation trends. Prior to that, she was a member of the VNHR books project and released her first work in 2019.
