The BD Manager reports to the Head of BD and is responsible for:
- Running the sales operation for the Payroll and Staffing Services business lines.
- Be the ‘sales expert’ and trainer for the Executive Search Services business line.
- The BD Manager has a staff of 2 to 3 professionals and works as part of the 9 person Business Support team along with the accountants, marketing and administration staff.
- At least 5 years Experience of selling professional services in Viet Nam, and prefer at least 3 years in a foreign company / international working environment;
- Demonstrated sales track record with a proven ability to create win/win deals and handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;
- Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 5);
- Strong computer skills;
- Show an interest in business and in forming long lasting relationships with people in the Human Resources profession of Viet Nam.
- Suit a results driven mature professional with a calm, friendly and outgoing personality.
