After graduating from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City in 2005, I started my career as a staff in the Material department at Saigon Kymdan JSC for 4 years. This position helped me to improve communication skills, dealing with supplier and numeric data management.
In 2009, with a desire to improve my knowledge, I left Kymdan and joined the Master Of Business Administration course by Columbia Southern University.
After finishing my MBA degree in 2011, I joined D.C Technology Co. Ltd.. At D.C Technology, I started as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. After probation, I became to cum Human Resource Supervisor. I was in charge of all HR functions, including: Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Benefits & Compensation. In addition, as an assistant to CEO I also joined the process of setting up of company strategic policy and development, serve as project leader in setting up company’s KPI System
I joined HR2B in Sep 2018 as Staffing Supervisor and got promotion to Staffing Manager from Jan 2022. I believe my solid experience in Human Resource Management will enable me to deliver world class customer service and operational excellence to our clients.
HR2B is a professional services firm focussing on Human Resources management in Vietnam. The combined experience and expertise of our management and staff brings high value added service to our customers, who are usually leaders in their industry.
